Santa Maria Capua Vetere, 2 phones and drugs hidden in prison on the bathroom floor of a cell.
The discovery was made by prison police of Santa Maria Capua Vetere which following a joint Judicial Police activity with the Avellino dog group led to the discovery of a micro phone, a smartphone and 450 grams of hashish.
Both phones were cleverly hidden in the bathroom floor of a guest room of the Tiber department and only thanks to the great professionalism and experience of the Penitentiary Police was it possible to find him.
The amount of 450 gr. of narcotic substance, instead it was well hidden inside the section always of the Tiber Department and probably ready to be distributed to all the remaining sections of the prison.
Thanks to the help of Tysons dog belonging to thecanine unit of the Penitentiary Police of Avellino the large quantity was seized.
“Today's activities deal a severe blow to those seeking to maintain leadership in the Sammaritano prison through drug dealing and the introduction of cell phones.
We applaud these staff for what they do every day to ensure legality and safety”, writes the Fns of the Cisl of the Campania Region in a note.
