At least 21 people, 19 children and two adults, have died in the massacre at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
CNN reports this, based on information confirmed by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The perpetrator, who authorities believe goes by the name of Salvador Ramos, is dead and is believed to have acted alone. According to the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, the 18-year-old suspect had attended Uvalde High School.
