Scampia. Yesterday the officers of the Police Station Scampia and personnel of the Local Police, with the support of the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office and the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary service of territorial control in the Scampia neighborhood and the Monterosa district.
During the operation, 175 people were identified, 60 of whom had a police record, and 120 vehicles were checked, of which 30 motorcycles were subjected to administrative detention and 5 were seized for the purpose of subsequent confiscation.
In addition, 55 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license, lack of insurance coverage, driving without a protective helmet, for a total of 66.500 euros.
Finally, 5 people were reported for driving without a license having repeated the violation in the two-year period.
