Covid in Campania, one in three swabs positive

Another clear leap forward for Covid in Campania: almost one in three tests was positive.

According to the data from the Ordinary Bulletin of the Campania Region, there are 9.946 new positives for Covid. 9.171 have tested positive antigen testie 775 molecular swabs. The regional crisis unit made this known.

30.192 tests were examined (24.091 antigenic and 6.101 molecular). The positivity rate has seen a sharp increase: if yesterday it was 30,88%, today it is 32,94%. Three deceased in the last 48 hours; 1 deceased previously but recorded yesterday.

In hospitals Hospitalizations in intensive care are increasing with 27 beds occupied (+2 compared to yesterday), and even more in hospitalization with 453 occupied beds (+36 compared to yesterday).
