Covid hospitalizations surge in Campania: in the last 24 hours, the number of hospital beds occupied has increased by almost 10%, from 338 to 368.
The data for intensive care remained substantially stable, with 20 patients hospitalised (-1).
In Campania, in the last 24 hours, 5.908 positive cases of Coronavirus have been recorded (5.455 with the antigen test and 453 with the molecular swab), data that take into account the update on the quarantine and isolation measures of the Ministry of Health. They are 3 i deaths in the last 48 hours. The Regional Crisis Unit reported it.
I processed swabs yesterday there were 21.569 of which 16.607 antigen tests and 4.962 molecular tests. The positivity rate remains very high, at 27,39%, but drops by more than two percentage points compared to yesterday's record figure (29,49).
In detail, the regional bed-place report shows 573 intensive care beds available, of which 20 are occupied (-1) while the hospital beds available, between Covid beds and private offers 3.160, of which 368 occupied (+30).
