High impact in Forcella by the police: agents in action in Piazza Calenda, Via dei Tribunali and Piazza Garibaldi.
Yesterday, the police officers of the General Prevention Office and the Vicaria Mercato Police Station, personnel of the Local Police, with the support of the Nibbio, the Anti-Drug Canine Unit of the General Prevention Office and the patrols of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out checks in the Forcella area, in Piazza Calenda, in Via dei Tribunali and in Piazza Garibaldi.
During the operation, the operators identified 179 people, 79 of whom had a police record, checked 112 vehicles, 17 of which were seized and 2 were subject to administrative detention.
27 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of insurance coverage, for driving without a license because one had never obtained one, failure to undergo periodic inspection and failure to show circulation documents.
Furthermore, in Corso Umberto I a person was reported for being caught driving without a license having repeated the violation in the two-year period and was also fined for not having insurance coverage.
