MSpellbound show in Naples: Dalì and Hitchcock invite you to stay up late. Organized by The Dalì Universe with the coordination of Beniamino Levi and the artistic direction of Roberto Pantè.
Salvador Dalì and Alfred Hitchcock cast their shadows over the dreams of Neapolitans… From Saturday 18 June, the exhibition “SPELLBOUND: Scenography of a Dream” currently underway in Naples at the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore alla Pietrasanta will extend its opening hours until 22.00:XNUMX pm on all summer weekends. In the coming weeks, a White Night dedicated to the two geniuses of art will also be organized.
The exhibition organized by The Dalì Universe with the coordination of Beniamino Levi and the artistic direction of Roberto Pantè has already achieved great success with the Italian and foreign public and can be visited until September 30, 2022.
The exhibition tells the immersive project of The Dalì Universe through a journey that unites cinema, art and music, connecting the surrealist art of the Catalan genius and the impressions of thriller cinema.
The exhibition is also the European preview of the large canvas Spellbound commissioned by Hitchcock to Dalí on the occasion of the making of the Oscar-winning film Spellbound with Ingrid Bergman and Gregory Peck.
