Naples, Chiaia area: the two people in the videos abandoned this poor dog by tying him so tightly that he couldn't even breathe properly, under a sun that split the stones and with a perceived temperature of 37 degrees.
The video was sent to us by a reader who wrote: “I don't want to go on too long, thanks to the friends of @oipa_napolieprovincia we know that the dog is fine, luckily we found him in time and saved him, he was suffering from a heat attack that could have cost him his life. We are waiting to know which kennel he will be placed in.
The intent is to prevent the puppy from ending up, without any fault, in a kennel and perhaps find him a family. A family that with love and lots of cuddles, can make him forget this horrible experience".
