Napoli. Yesterday evening, officers from the Campania Crime Prevention Department, during their territorial control service, while walking along Corso Garibaldi in the direction of Piazza Garibaldi noticed some passers-by who were chasing a man.
The officers learned from the people that the fugitive was armed with a knife and had attempted to rob a woman of her purse; after a few meters, the police reached him and stopped him, finding him in possession of a knife with a blade about 20 cm long, scissors and a punch remover 14 cm long.
A 21-year-old Tunisian with a police record and an illegal immigrant on national territory has been reported for attempted robbery and carrying weapons or objects capable of causing harm.
