Napoli. This is not a world for the naive and the 'unimaginative'. Most people would expect that cycle paths would be used, precisely, by cyclists but this does not always happen in Napoli. For the more imaginative and the less naive (an ironic way to refer to the uncivilized), in fact, these can also become parking lots for cars and motorcycles.
It happens in Viale Anton Dohrn, outside the Tennis Club as citizens report to the Regional Councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli. Often instead they are a real landfill as happened this Monday morning. Many citizens have sent photos and reports to Borrelli himself.
“Is it possible that Asia is not organized to clean the waterfront especially after the weekend that always attracts thousands of people? Not to mention the wild parking. Really absurd, these are things that make us fall and arms. We have urged the Municipal Police to intervene decisively, we can no longer pretend not to see.
These uncivilized, arrogant and overbearing people who do not respect the rights of others must be punished, the time of tolerance must end. We must work with continuity and determination to eradicate this mentality, the daughter of an uncivilized and vandalistic subculture, which causes the most absurd things to happen in our territory.” –Borrelli's words.
