NapoliYesterday afternoon, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, while passing through via Beccadelli at the corner with via Agnano degli Astroni, noticed a car whose driver, after having performed dangerous maneuvers for road traffic, passed the intersection with the red light.
A short chase ensued which ended in the same street where the driver, having got out of the vehicle, began to swear at the operators, insulting and threatening them until, with no small difficulty, he was stopped.
The man, a 53-year-old Neapolitan, was reported for contempt, threats and resisting a Public Official and was charged with two violations of the Highway Code for violating road signs and driving without a seat belt.
