“Tu mi bruci (feat. Paolo Benvegnù)” is the title of the new single by LEDA, in rotation on the radio from tomorrow, Friday 24 June. The song is taken from the album “Marocco Speed”, released last April by Il Piccio Records and distributed by Artist First.

A room, a bed, a house. The words of “Tu mi bruci” refer to a relationship no longer capable of being such, with a language that is more poetic than descriptive. Musically, the song plays with rhythmic voids and fullnesses, electric guitar riffs that intertwine with synth parts.

The new single from the band from the Marche region is also enriched by the voice and slide guitars of Paolo Benvegnù.

In the video clip, shot by director Andrea Giancarli with photography by Daniele Castelli, the porous, split and cut stone pulsates alive and, bathed in the light of the intermittent flame, stages a conflict like many others. The mighty travertine walls of the “Cave Cavam” in Rosara (AP) seem to contextualize the two protagonists in a familiar environment, an enormous house that swallows them in a dance that becomes dangerous.

The masks of Giulia and Giacomo of the Compagnia dei Folli hide two faces of flesh that changes hidden but needs to be revealed. The video becomes the visual expression of a project that investigates the material and symbolic elements of the territory: travertine, which develops only in particular geological areas rich in rivers and fire, still at the center of important celebrations and rites of passage in the rural environment.

The project was made possible thanks to the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ascoli Piceno.
