The police officers, arriving on the scene, found the man who said he wanted to see his son but his ex-partner had not let him in; the man, after a brief conversation with the operators, went away but, after a few hours, he went back to the house and then went away again.
The officers intervened and, while they were accompanying the woman to the Police Headquarters to report the incident, they were reached by a scooter with a man on board who began to threaten them and attempted to attack the woman, but the officers, not without difficulty and after a fight, stopped him.
SL, a 42-year-old Sicilian with a criminal record, was arrested for violence, aggravated assault and resisting a public official, and fined for driving without a license; finally, the motorcycle was seized.
