Throughout Italy in the last few hours there has almost been a “flight” from Conte's Five Star Movement.
In Pomigliano d'Arco (Naples), Di Maio's city, the entire M5s council group has decided to follow Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, joining the new political movement "Together for the future".
The councilors communicated the choice to the president of the municipal council, Salvatore Cioffi, also a member of M5s who will move together with his colleagues Raffaella Morra, Federica Passariello, Alessandro Salvi and Saveria Toscano. A choice that was certainly not unexpected in Pomigliano d'Arco where the last municipal elections of 2020 gave life to the "Pd-M5s laboratory” which I am the winner.
