Pomigliano. A fire broke out late this morning inside the Stellantis plant.
The flames that developed in one of the warehouses are visible from the highway and from neighboring municipalities. A thick cloud of black smoke is expanding in the area also thanks to the wind that is blowing today.
Firefighters are on site and are trying to put out the flames. The causes will then need to be determined.
The workers are confined inside because the air outside is currently unbreathable. The second shift is also suspended for the time being.
