The “Prima vera Campania” project of intercultural integration involved the INPS directors and officials of Pozzuoli, Nola and Naples

Napoli. It was held in recent days at the Metropolitan Coordination Directorate of the INPS, in the presence of Dr. Vincenzo Damato – Metropolitan Director, Prof. Massimo Clemente – Director of IRISS- CNR and some representatives of local institutions, the presentation of the action of redesigning and reorganizing user services in an intercultural key.

The project, born thanks to European funds, was developed by the Department of Security, Legality and Immigration of the Campania Region, which identified some subjects such as the CNR, to carry out an innovative call for tenders that opens up to cultural integration and employment.

With this objective, the CNR involved all the officials and directors of the INPS offices, in particular the branches of Naples, Pozzuoli and Nola, who were involved in a training and redesign of the services in an intercultural key, but above all they were urged to focus their attention on the relational and communicative aspects of the operator/user relationship. The in-depth analysis of the value of micro-relationships was particularly appreciated.

Each participant has contributed profitably, with their own ideas and commitment, to the realization of the final projects that are certainly usable in the context of social security but, above all, are replicable in other territorial and institutional realities. Multilingual summary sheets for the presentation of INPS services have been developed and a multilingual information request form has been created. Both, in addition to being available in paper format, can be acquired in electronic format through a QR code.

Dr. Michele Cimmino of the Campania Region participated in the project and addressed the issue of immigration policies. Dr. Carmela Cotrone also spoke for the regional body regarding the project “Prima vera Campania”, for the work integration of foreign citizens.

Dr. Rosaria De Paoli of ICEI – European Network of Dialogue Cities spoke about intercultural services and cities. Dr. Giulia Ciliberto of the University of Cagliari gave a contribution on legal assistance for the reorganization process in an intercultural key. Dr. Rossana Apaza of Slide world gave a report on the topic of Micro relations and social capital.

While on the experience of re-organization in an intercultural key in the Metropolitan Directorate of Naples Inps there were speeches by Dr. Clara Scotti, Dr. Rita Lauritano, Dr. Rosanna Rossi, Dr. Andrea Policastro, Dr. Nunzia Costanzo, Dr. Mario De Silvio and finally by Dr. Luigi Riccio di Scabec who closed with a reflection on the culture of the territory and intercultural services.
