UA fire broke out this morning in a building in San Prisco undergoing work for the 110% bonus.
Almost all residents fled into the streets cause of black smoke and the thick flames spread to all the apartments, while some people were rescued by the firefighters and the State Police.
Two teams of firefighters intervened on site, one from the Central Office of the Caserta Command and one from the detachment of marcianise; the firefighters, thanks to the ladder truck, then rescued the people who remained trapped.
People who, in a panic, had escaped to the external scaffolding even with the help of cops of the police station of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, remaining blocked. In particular, those who were rescued three 80 year olds, a woman and a four-year-old child.
Two ambulances were also called to assist the people who were intoxicated by the fire. Initial investigations suggest that the fire was started accidentally.
