'Writer's Week, Remembering Michele Prisco'

The cultural event “Writer’s Week, Remembering Michele Prisco” will take place from June 27 to July 2, conceived and organized by the Libertà bookshop in Torre Annunziata, in collaboration with: Michele Prisco Study Centre, Nuovevoci Literary Café, Lido Eldorado, Biesse Associazione Culturale Bene Sociale, Associazione Culturale Poesie Metropolitane, Magicfree srl, Associazione Don Pietro Ottena with Progetto Cripta, Club Napoli Poggiomarino Cu tutt 'o core and the bookshop’s reading group.

The artistic director of the first edition is Francesco Paolo Oreste, writer.

Writer's Week is a cultural format that Michele Prisco, a famous writer from Oplonti, created in 1947 to liven up the summer in the city. The Libertà bookshop has revisited that idea to create moments of culture in the most varied sense of the term, of sharing and above all to rediscover, together with the artists who have joined the initiative, the value of hospitality and conviviality.
