The police officers, while passing through via Marina in Forio, noticed a man riding a scooter who had given something to a person in exchange for money; the officers reached and stopped the buyer, finding him in possession of a package containing about a gram of cocaine, while the dealer was found in possession of 2 smartphones and 100 euros.
