LThe Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into the death of little Vittoria who drowned today in the waters of Lido Risorgimento.
The body of the 4-year-old girl, who was in the company of her mother and her younger sister, has been placed under sequestration pending the autopsy to be performed on the little girl's body in the next few days to clarify the dynamics of her death, even though the investigators - who are investigating the case - are police – they seem to be leaning towards an accidental tragedy at the moment.
In the next few hours, several witnesses will be heard, starting with Vittoria's mother. The alarm for the disappearance of the little girl was raised shortly after 13 pm, amplified by a tam-tam on social media, where a photo of the little girl was also spread, in the hope of aiding the search and her recovery. Social media that are now mourning the death of the little girl, while on seafront silence has fallen in Torrese.
