The Campania Region Platform for the Housing Needs Registry is now open. Applications must be submitted exclusively online.
On 13 July 2022, the Regional Platform was opened that manages the housing needs register and the procedures for assigning ERP housing available at the Municipalities and management bodies for the entire Campania region.
On the Platform, it is possible to freely download the Regional Notice, approved with DD 62 of 27 June 2022, which establishes the methods and terms for submitting an application for registration in the needs register and, consequently, for inclusion in the rankings of those entitled to public housing.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online, authenticating with SPID, CIE or CNS, in accordance with current legislation, on the website

In addition to all the information available on the platform regarding the application submission procedures, including the FAQs already available, users can request further clarifications, including technical assistance, at the following dedicated email:

It will be possible to submit the application, exclusively online, from 12.00 on 13 July 2022.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for 30 September 2022 at 14.00 pm.
“Through this Public Notice, all subjects in possession of the requirements can submit an application through the Telematic Platform. Thus they will be included in the Register of Needs and in the relative rankings of those entitled to the assignment of ERP housing.
Upon expiry of the terms, the Region extracts from the Register of Needs the subjects ordered on the basis of the ISEE value and the conditions of the family unit, drawing up the ranking of those entitled to the assignment of ERP housing for each of the municipal territorial areas.
The Municipalities, following the ranking, communicate on the Platform the number of housing units available for assignment and proceed to verify the presence of the access requirements and the socio-economic-housing conditions exclusively of the subjects who are in a useful position.
Following the investigation, the Municipalities proceed to assign the available housing.”
