In fact, he doesn't do it because he limits himself "simply" to praising Gino Sorbillo's. The other evening the TV host of “Back Off Italy”, with the whole family she went to one of her favourite places in Milan, namely Isola Milano by Sorbillo.
For her, the only pizza that is worthwhile is Sorbillo's, which she calls her "long-time great friend". She is now at home in his restaurant in the centre of Milan, so much so that the pizza chefs have had a pizza delivered to her table with her name printed on it in huge letters, made with the pizza dough cooked separately.
