frattamaggiore. If his health conditions allow, next Thursday Nicola Liguori, the man burned alive on the night of last June 30th while sitting on a bench in frattamaggiore, he was busy video calling his girlfriend.
The evidentiary incident that will concern the victim, follows the one held today, which instead saw Nicola's brother and mother as protagonists: both responded, during a rather lively examination and cross-examination, with the woman who complained of feeling ill, to the questions of the deputy prosecutor of NAPLES North and of the lawyer Fernando Pellino, legal representative of Pasquale Pezzella, the one accused of being the author of the insane gesture.
Pezzella was arrested as a suspect in the crime by the State Police on July 4, who are supposing that he was charged with attempted voluntary homicide. The key moment of the investigation, however, will fall on Thursday, when investigators will also subject Nicola Liguori to the evidentiary incident, who has been hospitalized for weeks at the specialized center in Bari where he was transferred after the attack.
