The Pianura Camorra, or rather the new clans that have supplanted the old criminal families defeated by arrests and repentances, seem to have a single objective: to impose their power by force. Whatever the cost.

From the hundreds of pages of the precautionary order with which the Naples DDA dismantled the leaders of the criminal families who have been fighting for months with the 30 arrests, an incredible cross-section emerges.

And among the many wiretaps contained in the order there is also the live listening of the attempted murder of Francesco Divano, accused of not being punctual with payments. Divano runs a "drug dealing square" and must pay a sum to the emerging Camorra group headed by Antonio Calone, Carlo Esposito and Emanuele Marsicano. To shoot at Francis Sofa It is precisely the latter, but Carlo Esposito and other affiliates are also on site.

The environmental interception of the Flying Squad, dated July 23, 2021, documents a discussion between Francesco Divano and Emanuele Marsicano that culminates with the sound of a gunshot and the suffering words of the victim. After a back and forth between the two, the tone of the conversation becomes more heated: “I respect you and you must show respect”, says Marsicano, then the voices overlap and the policemen hear a gunshot live.

Charles Esposito evidently surprised he says: “what have you done Manu'…oh stop a bit don't move”, while Divano screams in pained tones: “guy, take me to the hospital” and then “…Manue', why did he do it?”.

“Next time you learn to speak,” Marsicano answers while Divano apologizes (“no, I apologize to you Manue'… Carluccie' (Carlo Esposito, ed.) I apologize to you, brother”) with the voices of women screaming in the background. At 17,34 pm Francesco Divano arrives in theSan Paolo hospital in Fuorigrotta where doctors found a gunshot wound to the abdomen and trauma to the arm.

From the analysis of the video surveillance images that capture Divano's arrival, it is clear that he was accompanied by Charles Esposito, driving a Panda.
