Capri, all ready for the third concert at Villa San Michele: Friday 15 July at 20 pm, the versatile soprano Elin Rombo and the talented pianist Sharon Rogers will take to the stage on the panoramic terrace.
The all-female duo will pay special homage to the genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and to the most famous composers of the Scandinavian scene: Hugo Alfvén, Elfrida Andrée, Wilhelm Stenhammar.
The superintendent of the house museum that belonged to the doctor and writer Axel Munthe, Kristina Kappelin: “On Friday we will be able to enjoy the extraordinary voice of Elin Rombo, the third of the protagonists who have performed on stage for our concerts, all of which are of the highest level. The response from the public is extraordinary because it is a season full of life, beauty and participation. Further proof of the desire for culture on the island of Capri”.

The musical review of Villa San Michele will take place, as per tradition, every Friday: Swedish and Italian artists will alternate until August 12th presenting programs – selected by Bo Löfvendahl – that will range from classical to contemporary repertoire, thanks to the contribution of Progetto Piano and the patronage of the Swedish Embassy.
