Il Committee for Eligible Competitions Employment Centers Campania, born with the aim of promoting and obtaining the hiring and total absorption of all the rankings of suitable candidates of the various profiles advertised by Campania, in the years 2019 and 2021, writes to the managers of all the CPIs of the Region for theassumption di 641 professional figures within the Strengthening plan of the Cpi.
“To date, the 641 hirings announced and which, according to official parliamentary acts of the MLPS, appear to be authorised at a central level by the plan to strengthen employment centres for Campania, have not yet been concluded, hirings for as many as 1840 positions – we read in the note published by the Committee and addressed to all those responsible throughout the territory -. We simply ask you to look and recognize in these suitable people the very strong desire to change the economic-social and cultural reality of the citizens of the Campania region".
“We ask that these eligible candidates be recognized as having a strong and sincere will, that is, to glimpse in their possible future work, even before any conquest of individual redemption, a greater role and value, that of placing themselves at the service of the local citizens and of contributing, even in their own small way, to the improvement of the condition of the citizens of Campania, through qualitatively appreciable orientation services and training and professional offers that are adequately directed towards the demand for work”, the letter continues.
“This very strong motivation for individual and collective redemption can be seen not only from having completed highly selective written and oral tests in the midst of the Covid pandemic, overcoming, the contestants, even the fear of possible contagion for themselves and their families, but also from the numerous initiatives implemented in recent months by the members of the Committee such as letters to the main institutional interlocutors, union meetings and more”, concludes the Committee.
