The COVID curve continues to rise in Italy. There have been 36.282 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, compared to 71.947 yesterday and, more importantly, 24.747 last Monday.

The total number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic thus rises to 168.604. Hospitalizations are increasing: 12 more intensive care units (yesterday +16) which thus become 303 in total with 27 admissions today.
And there are 436 more ordinary hospitalizations (yesterday +177) for a total of 7.648, the 20th consecutive day of growth. This is what emerges from the SNOW daily newspaper of the Ministry of Health.
The region with the highest number of cases today is the Campania with 4.837, ahead of Lazio (+ 4.777), Emilia Romagna and Lombardy (+ 4.070), Puglia (+3.649) and Lombardy (+3.249). Total cases since the beginning of the pandemic reach 18.805.756.
I discharged / healed of the last 24 hours are 27.590 (yesterday 28.481) for a total that rises to 17.617.973. The currently positive are 9.236 more (yesterday +44.379) for a total that since yesterday has exceeded one million, and reaches 1.019.179. Of these, 1.011.228 are in home isolation.
