Salerno. A request for help from two girls, one English and one Spanish, who, visiting the area of the Arechi Castle in Salerno, they had gone off the beaten track, getting lost in the Croce area. A request that reaches the police, who manage to bring the two tourists to safety.

The girls were very scared, especially because one of them, suffering from bronchial asthma, did not have a bronchodilator with her. However, the Operations Room immediately alerted the patrol cars. Three officers advanced towards the mountain along a path that started from via Fra' Generoso, entering the thick woods, going beyond the walls of the belvedere, in an area without paths and full of shrubs where they began to hear the voices of the two missing girls.

The girls were found in a ravine, about 60 meters above their position, and to get them out the police created a human cordon holding on to tree branches. The officers and the girls got away with a few abrasions.
