The man, in collusion with another person, also under the same precautionary measure but currently unaccounted for, is charged with aggravated theft. According to investigators' reconstruction, the two entered the pharmacy located in the heart of the city and, while one distracted the clerk by asking for information, the other stole some cosmetic products on display.
"The analysis of videos acquired by public and private video surveillance systems - explains the Public Prosecutor of Torre Annunziata, Nunzio Fragliasso - corroborated by the information gathered immediately after the events from the accused, together with the identifications made, it has allowed us to reconstruct the dynamics of the event and to gather serious evidence of guilt against the two suspects". After the formal procedures, the twenty-three-year-old was placed under house arrest at his home.
