Paola Turci and Francesca Pascale, as scheduled, said yes this afternoon in Montalcino (Siena): the civil union ceremony was held at Palazzo dei Priori, the historic seat of the municipality of the town in the Siena area famous for its prized Brunello. Mayor Silvio Franceschelli was there to celebrate.
The ceremony lasted about twenty minutes, very intimate: about 25 guests including 4 witnesses, no VIPs. The couple arrived in the square where the venue is located Palazzo dei Priori aboard a White Jaguar, a crowd of onlookers awaited them. Both in trousers and white, Francesca Pascale wore a blazer, Paola Turci a jumpsuit with thin straps and an embroidered bodice.

At the end of the ceremony, as is customary for union celebrations, the Municipality gave the couple a medal and a magnum of Brunello. Then wedding party at the neighbor's Velona Castle.
"Every year I celebrate many weddings because our village and our territory are famous in the world. I can say that today's was particularly emotional. I perceived a true feeling: they are two people who love each other and they have strongly manifested these feelings of theirs".
