Mirco dies during soccer match: for the Prosecutor's Office there are no culprits.
Three years after his death, the manslaughter proceedings against 5 people investigated after the death of Mirco Ciprino, 30, have been definitively shelved, as decided by Dr. Emilio Minio, the investigating judge of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere court, who rejected the opposition to the request for shelving, presented by the PM, of the family of the young man from Sessa Aurunca.
Mirco was struck by a sudden illness during a football match and was rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately his condition did not improve upon his arrival at the hospital until his death.
Five people were involved and acquitted of the charge of manslaughter.
