Duccio Pasqua (of Rai Radio 1) will be present with Marcella Sullo and Enrico Deregibus and with musical interventions by Anna Luppi and Massimo Minotti.

Saturday 23, always in the same place, it will be the turn of “Note di Cronaca”, the debut album of the Rai journalist, director of Articolo21 and blogger of ilfattoquotidiano.it Stefano Corradino, who will also propose some tracks from this album composed of seven songs inspired by seven different stories of current affairs. The author will talk about it with Riccardo Noury, spokesperson for Amnesty International Italy.

Sunday 24th of at the Congress Center in Piazzale Europa, again at 18.30 pm, the eagerly awaited meeting will be held with the winner of the Amnesty International Italy Award, Big section, this year Carmen Consoli, who will meet the public and journalists together with Riccardo Noury.

On the main stage of the arena spettacolo in piazzale Europa, we start on Friday 22 July at 21 pm with the first semifinal of the Amnesty Emergenti Award with CombLove from Ferrara with “Heavy Bracelets”, Adolfo Durante & Gabriele Morini from Mantua/Rome with “L'alieno”, Rumba de Bodas from Bologna with “Isole” and Eliachesuona from Bologna with “Talpa dal muso stellato”. Guest of the evening Blindur, winner of the Amnesty Emergenti Award 2021. Blindur is the project of Massimo De Vita, songwriter and producer, one of the most awarded and recognized realities of the alternative scene of the last decade. In six years of activity Blindur has collected more than 400 concerts between Italy, Belgium, Iceland, France, Germany, Ireland and the USA, taking part in important international festivals. There will also be a special appearance by Anna Luppi who returns to the main stage of the festival, after winning the web award in 2014, to present two songs as a hymn to women's freedom.

Saturday 23th July in the second semifinal of the competition, the following will compete: Freakybea from Lucca with “Sono tornata”, La Scelta from Rome with “Ho sguardo il cielo”, Le Canzoni Giuste from Pescara with “Felici e contenti” and Lorenzo Lepore from Rome with “Finalmente a casa”. Guests of the evening will be the winners of the 2016 Amnesty Emergenti Award, Do'Storieski, a band formed in 2011 from the collaboration of Leo Miglioranza and Alberto Cendron, both experienced authors who recently released their sixth album “In fuga”. With their irony, they will be able to make us reflect while smiling, at the festival they will play with a full band for an engaging live show. The evening will also feature the extraordinary participation of Dolcenera who will present an absolute preview of “Calliope” (peace in the light of the sun), a hymn to peace in the world and to inner peace. Dolcenera, an artist who will celebrate twenty years of career in 2023, is a singer-songwriter and pianist, and has launched hits such as “Com'è straordinari la vita” and “Ci vedo a casa” and many dance hits. After the single “Spacecraft”, released last April, she will be at Voci per la Libertà to bring her testimony of peace on stage.

Sunday July 24th the grand finale with the best five artists competing from the two previous nights who will compete for the Amnesty International Italia Emergenti Award. In addition to the overall winner, who will also receive a bonus offered by Noise Symphony Music and Indieffusione and the MEI of Faenza (which, like Voci per la Libertà, is celebrating its 25th edition), the Critics' Award and the Popular Jury Award will be awarded.

On Sunday, Miguel Gobbo Diaz is expected, a well-known Italian actor of Dominican origin, star of “Nero a metà”, a successful series on Raiuno, who will give the audience a reading. But as always, music will be the focus of the festival, with two high-level guests such as Modena City Ramblers and Carmen Consoli for a big party for the twenty-fifth anniversary of the festival and the twentieth anniversary of the Amnesty Award, Big. The former return to Voci per la libertà after having won the Amnesty Award, Big section, in 2005 with the song “Ebano”. Carmen Consoli is instead the winner of this year's Big Award with the song “L'uomo nero”, which speaks sarcastically of the sovereignism that leads to the violation of human rights. The Sicilian singer-songwriter had already won in 2010 with the song “Mio zio” which talked about child abuse. Her award ceremony and performance are highly anticipated.
