NapoliThe procedure called by the Metropolitan City of has been unsuccessful NAPLES for the assignment of the rental, installation, maintenance and subsequent dismantling service of the light artistic installations to be created in the city of NAPLES during the 2022-2023 Christmas holidays.
The project, conceived by the Chamber of Commerce and supported by the Municipality of NAPLES and the Metropolitan City, the first concrete step for the Luci d'autore and the Christmas lights in NAPLES, thus suffers an unexpected stop.
From this moment, as foreseen by the procedures of the procurement code, it is possible to start any private negotiations, but always respecting all the contents of the notice. The document, published in the European Official Journal, provides for the assignment of the rental, installation, maintenance and subsequent dismantling of the artistic light installations to be created in the city of NAPLES during the Christmas holidays 2022-2023.
The contract amount is equal to 2.385.000 euros plus VAT. "The failure to award the tender - explains a note from the Chamber of Commerce of NAPLES - risks compromising the entire project, whose total investment will amount to 5 million euros and includes the publication of a second tender relating to the installations for another 50 kilometers of roads and 40 squares, indicated by the Municipalities during thematic meetings, in addition to 20 kilometers of 'Luci d'Autore' and the lighting of numerous sites in other municipalities that fall within the Metropolitan City of NAPLES".
