Naples, hospital patients will be distributed for free bottles of water to cope with the heat waves expected from tomorrow until Tuesday. This is what the general director of the ASL NAPOLI 1 Centro Ciro Verdoliva indicated to the directors of the hospitals belonging to the ASL, competent in the territory of the municipality of NAPLES and the island of Capri.
Given the warning of criticality for heat wave weather risk issued today by the Campania Civil Protection and in force from 8 am tomorrow, Saturday 2 July, until 8 am on Tuesday 5 July. The ASL invites the management of hospitals and health districts "to implement all useful support measures to deal with this heat wave including, where necessary, the additional supply, free of charge, of bottled water to patients-users present in the company's diagnosis and treatment facilities. It is represented - as stated in the provision - that particular attention must be paid to fragile patients (heart patients, elderly and children)".
