Yesterday evening, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, while passing along Corso Umberto I were approached by two people who said they had just been attacked and robbed of a bag containing food and pointed out to them two men on the run.
The police reached and blocked the thugs in Piazza Garibaldi on the corner with Corso Novara, finding one of them in possession of a knife.
GP and LM, Neapolitans aged 36 and 34 with criminal records, were arrested for aggravated robbery.
