Naples, seizure of contraband cigarettes and drugs: 3 arrests. 140 kg the weight of the seized cigarettes.

The Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Naples has arrested 3 responsible persons in the last few hours, seizing approximately 3 quintals of contraband cigarettes, in addition to several hundred grams of narcotic substances.

The Green Berets of the Pronto Impiego Napoli Group seized, in two separate operations, 280 kg of contraband cigarettes: 140 kg of Marlboro Gold, Compliment, Minsk and Winston Blue, in the Pianura neighborhood, at the end of the inspection of a van that was traveling at high speed; another 140 kg of Marlboro Reds in a second operation at the end of a chase of a minivan, at the height of the Torre Annunziata Nord highway toll booth.

Arrested, respectively, a 34-year-old from Mugnano and a 31-year-old from Naples, both already burdened by specific precedents. The same "Baschi Verdi", in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, with the support of the Operations Room, also reported a 27-year-old of Moroccan origin for beating a young woman, illegal immigration and personal use of hashish.

The same, moreover, was found to be a repeat offender for mistreatment and already the recipient of three tracing orders for expulsion issued by the Turin Police Chief. Also in the capital, at the train station, the canine units of the Pronto impiego Group, assisted by the dog "Jacqueline", reported a 22-year-old from San Giuseppe Vesuviano found in possession of over 200 grams of hashish and marijuana.

Finally, the Mobile Unit of the Torre Annunziata Group, following an observation activity near a condominium in the center of Torre Annunziata, arrested a drug dealer who had used his home as a drug dealing square, seizing 115 grams of marijuana, 2 precision scales and cash.
