Naples. They were profiting from a fake purchase with the citizen's income card: the assets of two butchers were seized.
In fact, this morning, at the end of a complex investigative activity coordinated by the Second Section of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples, the military personnel of the Economic and Financial Police Unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Naples executed a preventive seizure order issued by Judge for Preliminary Investigations of two business complexes relating to the commercial butcher's business as well as cash for 92.000 euros and credit instruments (bills of exchange and cheques) against three individuals accused of the crimes of aggravated fraud against the State and usury.
In particular, the defendants, through the commercial activity attributable to them, allegedly allowed numerous holders of the citizen's income to irregularly spend and monetize the benefit by simulating purchases of meat that never actually took place, through payment, by means of an RDC card, electronically with a POS system, obtaining in exchange corresponding amounts in cash, however deducted from a percentage retained as "commission fees", varying between 10% and 20%.
