In particular, the persistence of hygienic-sanitary and structural deficiencies within the processing room was detected; use of environments not suitable for the storage of packaging; presence of bulky material not relevant to the activity; location of equipment intended for processing in unsuitable areas and in any case outside the structure.
In this circumstance, it was also noted that the company had interrupted the consultancy relationship with an external company for risk assessment (HACCP) and had failed to manage some non-conformities detected, in self-control, on finished products. Based on what was ascertained, over 350 liters of milk awaiting processing were subjected to health constraints.
