Orange blossoms for Paola Turci and Francesca Pascale: tomorrow, July 2nd, the wedding between the Roman singer-songwriter and the 36-year-old Neapolitan, Silvio Berlusconi's ex-girlfriend, will take place.
A love story lived in great secrecy until two days ago when the news of the relationship and the marriage became public knowledge. The wedding will be celebrated tomorrow, July 2nd at Montalcino, in the province of Siena.
The mayor of the Tuscan town will celebrate the wedding Silvio Franceschelli, re-elected in mid-June, while the celebrations will be held in Velona Castle, a splendid spa resort nestled in the Tuscan hills of Val d'Orcia.
Paola Turci and Francesca Pascale have chosen the dream location, renowned for Brunello and the tranquility for the party that will follow the civil ceremony that will seal the relationship.
The ceremony, according to the few rumors that have leaked out, will be for a few close friends and very sober, just like the relationship between the two protagonists has been in these two years, away from the spotlight and lived in the light of day without excess.
A preview of the wedding had arrived at the beginning of June when the Roman singer-songwriter posted on her profile Instagram a photo that portrays her right at the Castello di Velona, at the table with a dreamy look, but nothing in that image suggests that she is in the company of Francesca Pascale, the woman she will marry tomorrow in Montalcino.

Both have not hidden in these two years the battle for the Zan bill and the rights of the community LGBT+. Luca Paladini, spokesperson for the Sentinels of Milan, the association that fights for civil and LGBT rights, wishing Paola Turci and Francesca Pascale happy birthday, recalled an episode that occurred during a demonstration in Milan for the Ddl Zan.
“She had just come down from the stage. She was shaking, she was excited. It was the first time she and her partner had participated in a demonstration for civil rights. I was struck – Paladini writes – by that emotion for someone used to big stages and audiences. It was clear that in that square she was putting something more at stake. On Saturday she will join Francesca in a civil union and we know that she will not stop being alongside the LGBT+ community because the fights have just begun. Best wishes!”. A photo of Turci and Pascale is also shown on the association's Facebook profile.
With an emphasis: “Words are important, that guy said. They are also important for news like this. There will be no wedding on Saturday, because everything this State has given us so far is called civil union. Which is something else. Something that is worth less. Equal marriage remains a battle of the Sentinels and of the entire LGBT+ community. It remains a right to be conquered. In the meantime, best wishes to Paola and Francesca”.
The life story of Paola and Francesca has different roots. The 36-year-old Neapolitan ended a long relationship with in 2020 Silvio Berlusconi, which began in 2006 when the very young show girl, after completing her studies, tried to break into politics by joining Forza Italia.
In 2021 Francesca Pascale openly took a stand against her ex's party precisely in relation to the battle for civil rights Lgbt community. In a long interview he declared that he would never vote for Berlusconi's party again.
The love with Paola Turci, 57 years old with a marriage behind her, comes practically after the breakup with Berlusconi. In August 2020, the weekly magazine Oggi published a photo of the two in Cilento aboard a yacht while exchanging tenderness and kisses. But that relationship was never confirmed, until yesterday when the indiscretion of the wedding arrived.
