The Carabinieri Company of Pozzuoli has executed an order for the application of a precautionary measure of house arrest - issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples on the proposal of the local Public Prosecutor's Office - against 22-year-old Pasquale Esposito, seriously suspected of the crime of aggravated robbery, committed last June in the Toiano district of Pozzuoli, to the detriment of an elderly lady from whom he violently stole two necklaces and an earring.
At the time of the crime, the suspect was already subject to the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the judicial police, ordered just a month earlier for a similar crime. Pasquale Esposito, at the end of the required formalities, was therefore placed under house arrest at his home, where he will remain, with specific instructions, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
