It was a magical evening experienced by the spectators who last night were able to relive the atmosphere and magic of Pink Floyd's music 50 years after the famous live at Pompei held in the Teatro Grande.
Exactly in the same place where last night, through the story of Ernesto Assante and Gino Castaldo, the greatest rock band that ever existed, the sounds of that masterpiece created in 1971 were relived.
In addition to the superintendent Gabriel Zuchtriegel and the unexpected Max Gazzè, Adrian Maben, director of the documentary film, was also present at the evening. We at Cronache della campania interviewed him at the end of the evening, asking him how he felt returning to Pompeii and listening to Pink Floyd 50 years later.
“It's very interesting- Maben said- I always like to come back to Italy and Pompeii. I want to thank Ernesto and Gino for the evening. Italians are very kind and intelligent and I like them. I had a good time and I enjoyed listening to Pink Floyd here”.
