Posillipo, walking around with a knife: a 16-year-old Neapolitan reported and entrusted to his parents.
Yesterday afternoon, during their territorial control service, the officers of the Posillipo Police Station, while passing through via Discesa Coroglio, noticed a scooter with two boys on board without protective helmets who, at the sight of the officers, accelerated to evade the control despite having been ordered to stop.
A brief chase ensued during which the driver performed maneuvers that were dangerous for road traffic until he reached Via Boccaccio and was stopped.
The police found a knife with an 16 cm long blade inside the backpack of the passenger, a 8,5-year-old Neapolitan, and reported him for illegal possession of weapons or objects capable of causing offence, while the boy driving the moped, a 14-year-old Neapolitan, was fined for driving without a license and without a protective helmet, for lack of insurance coverage and for failing to comply with the stop sign.
Finally, the scooter and the knife were seized and the minors were returned to their parents.
