Rossella, died at 34 in front of her children after taking the contraceptive pill: autopsy after the exhumation of the body

After the exhumation, the autopsy was performed on the body of 34-year-old Rossella Fiato, who died in front of her three children, aged 12, 10 and 3, on 4 April while she was in her home in Sparanise; the children themselves called the neighbours, causing help to arrive.

The test was ordered by the Prosecutor's Office following the complaint filed at the end of April by the husband, assisted by the lawyer Salvatore Piccolo, according to whom the death was caused by the effects of the contraceptive pill that the woman had started taking a few days before dying on the prescription of a doctor who had identified herself on the Internet as a gynecologist, but who did not have the specialization.

An ordeal, that of the 34-year-old employee of a private school, that her husband discovered a few weeks after her death, which had been immediately classified as a natural death due to cardiocirculatory arrest, so much so that an autopsy had not been performed on the body. After further investigations, it was decided to exhume and perform an autopsy: the results will be made known within 90 days.
