A turning point in the investigation into the wounding of a 20-year-old stabbed on the evening of July 3 in Salerno, near a beach resort in the eastern part of the city.
The Salerno Flying Squad has executed a custodial order in prison, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Salerno at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office led by Giuseppe Borrelli, against a man investigated for attempted murder aggravated by premeditation and futile motives, in addition to the crime of stalking.
This is the ex-boyfriend of the girl who in the meantime had started a romantic relationship with the injured 20-year-old. The investigations revealed that the alleged perpetrator of the stabbing did not tolerate the new report of his ex-partner, to the point of having also committed stalking against the girl.
The 20-year-old, after being attacked and beaten, was injured with three stab wounds, one of which was considered potentially lethal according to what was ascertained by the doctors at the hospital in Salerno, where the young man was transported and treated.
