Naples. Shot down in Ponticelli: the baby camorristi caught by social images and video surveillance.
The images on social media are an act of self-incrimination for the four young people accused of having carried out the 'stesa' of last July 2 in the Ponticelli neighborhood of Naples. In fact, to frame the four suspects who were arrested today on charges of being the authors of a raid with gunshots fired wildly and at chest height, the investigators only needed the images from video surveillance systems and those that the arrested (three in total, one minor is missing) published on social media.
This is the case, for example, of Giuseppe Damiano: the frames of the videos acquired by the Carabinieri portray a man riding one of the motorcycles with the same tattoos on his forearms portrayed in several photos published by Damiano on Tik Tok. Emmanuel De Luca Bossa, second son of the boss Antonio De Luca Bossa, is the cousin of Carmine D'Onofrio, the 23-year-old killed on the night of October 6, 2021 in front of his 20-year-old pregnant partner. For that murder, the Naples Flying Squad arrested in April, six people believed to be linked to the De Micco clan, including Marco De Micco.
The friction between the two families escalated last May, when Vincenzo Barbato, Giuseppe Damiano and Emmanuel De Luca Bossa were released after being arrested today by the Carabinieri. The findings of the Carabinieri of the seventh scientific investigative section of the Investigative Unit have allowed them to ascertain that “the shooting” was carried out last July 2, shortly before 19:XNUMX p.m., by four people, armed with at least three pistols, who were riding two powerful motorcycles (a Triumph and a Suzuki) and who shot at chest height.
