A low-intensity seismic swarm is underway in upper Irpinia, with its epicenter in Nusco.
The INGV reports it, having recorded the activity between the municipalities of Nusco, Lioni and Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi. The strongest tremors, however between a magnitude of 2,3 and 2,6, occurred in Nusco at 11,23:10 with a depth of 2,6 kilometers and after a few seconds the other, with a magnitude of XNUMX.
No damage to property or people was recorded and few people clearly felt the earthquake, in the same area hit by the 1980 earthquake.
