Passenger ferries on the Algiers-Naples route from July 24. The date of the new service of Algérie Ferries has been announced.

The Algerian passenger maritime transport company has announced the launch of the first crossing between Algiers and Naples on July 24. This was reported in a short note from the company, “Alge'rie Ferries”, published yesterday on its Facebook page, specifying the date of a new service announced last month.

In the years before Covid-19, the company operated summer connections between the port of Skikda, on the country's east coast, and those of Genoa or Civitavecchia. Algérie Ferries also operates year-round crossings from various ports in the North African country to Marseille in France and Alicante in Spain.
