772 million euro scam with the construction bonus, the Finance discovers and reports 140 people. The names of those under investigation.

Over 140 people have been reported by the Guardia di Finanza in a vast operation conducted to repress the phenomenon of scams on the 110% building bonus. Among the people reported there is also a 56-year-old from Calvi Risorta - Vincenzo Gliottone - and a 53-year-old from Capua: Elena Pancaro.

The scheme was as follows: through the Superbonus 110% institute, established by the 2020 Relaunch decree, hundreds of individuals had managed to claim credits with the State for a value of 772 million euros. The credits seized by the finance were related to modernization and improvement works on homes that, in reality, never took place.
