The anti-drug blitz in the Scampia neighborhood was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Stella company's operational unit. Four people ended up in handcuffs for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing. This is the 4-year-old Emanuel Maujaj, of the 38 year old Raphael Cirillo, of the 44 year old Vincenzo Faiello and precisely the minor who turned 18 last June 15th.
