Yesterday afternoon a team of Firefighters from the Caserta provincial command from the Command headquarters intervened in an attic fire at via Mascagni 15 in the municipality of Casapulla.
The Fire Brigade immediately arrived on site and entered the apartment on the top floor of a building, putting out the flames that had developed inside and saving a small French bulldog dog that was trapped in the fire and who unfortunately was unconscious.
At this point, the Fire Brigade began a resuscitation maneuver on the dog, also using an air cylinder they had, managing to revive the animal and hand it over to the care of a veterinarian who intervened following a report from the operations room of the Provincial Command. A tanker from the central headquarters of the Command was also on site to provide support in the operations to put out the fire.
The rapid action of the Fire Brigade, in addition to saving the dog, prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring structures.
